About me

My work brings together movement, bodywork, and ecology, exploring how we develop our capacities, learn through practice, and relate to the ecosystems we are part of.I have grown through years of teaching, studying, and practicing movement, bodywork, and agroecology. From football and salsa dancing to Ashtanga Yoga, Contact Improvisation, Biodanza and ecological education, these experiences have influenced my approach and opened doors to different traditions and ways of learning and practicing.I've been teaching movement since 2016 and practicing bodywork professionally since 2019, alongside years of working in agroecological farming, permaculture, community projects, and education. My ongoing education also includes movement assessment, exercise prescription, anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics. As a teacher, I'm interested in creating ecosystems for practice and learning, where people can explore their capacities, find challenges, and develop through experience and interaction. As a student, I am guided by curiosity and the desire to continue practicing, questioning and learning.

osteothai bodywork treatment

My approach brings together manual work, movement, and attention. I work with the person to explore areas of tension, restriction, sensitivity, vitality and available movement.Sessions integrate attentive touch, sustained pressure, assisted stretching, joint mobilization, and rhythmic movement. Each session is adapted to the person's needs and may offer space for relaxation, body awareness, and relief from discomfort or muscular tension.I'm interested in the relationship between touch, perception, and movement. A treatment can become an opportunity to notice habitual patterns, discover different possibilities, and develop a more attentive relationship with the body. This treatment can also complement an ongoing movement practice, providing experiences and information that can be integrated into everyday life.Practical information:
- 90 minutes
- Sessions are performed fully clothed.
- Treatment takes place on a mattress at floor level.
- No oils are used
If you're interested in experiencing a session or have questions about whether this approach is suitable for you, feel free to contact me.

Personal practice design

Personal practice is a process of exploration, learning, and development. It involves understanding our capacities and limitations, and finding ways to practice that are meaningful and sustainable.Through individual guidance, we explore your current abilities, interests, and goals, and develop a movement practice adapted to you. We may work on strength, mobility, coordination, balance, endurance, movement skills, or specific physical challenges. We practice not only to develop our capacity, but also to develop our ability to practice. That involves training attention, using the breath to support movement and regulation, exploring different levels of effort and challenge, and learning to perceive, respond to, and adapt to what happens during practice. The aim is to develop greater physical capacity, control, and confidence while progressively becoming more capable of understanding and guiding your own practice.Ultimately, personal practice is a space for investigation and experimentation, a way of developing a more direct relationship with your body and mind. What we cultivate through practice can extend beyond, influencing how we perceive, move, and respond to challenges in everyday life.If you're interested in developing your personal movement practice, get in touch and we can explore how to work together.

Workshops and classes

My approach to movement education is influenced by different disciplines and traditions, including yoga, Contact Improvisation, dance, and physical training. My ongoing research into movement development is organized around 3 dimensions:
- Capacity: Developing resources for strength, mobility, agility, resilience, focus, and the ability to meet challenges.
- Locomotion: Developing the ability to move through space with coordination and different movement patterns.
- Interaction: Developing adaptability through movement with others and the environment, using challenges, games, partner work, dance.
Classes and workshops create ecosystems of practice where we study, experiment, play, support and challenge each other. We work with technical exercises, guided explorations, tasks, constraints, and cooperative practices. Some of the most valuable qualities we develop through movement emerge in relationship with others: communication, trust, cooperation, and the ability to respond to changing situations. If you're interested in joining a class or organizing a workshop, feel free to get in touch.
